Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the construction service process.
- Guide clients through the construction workflow and discuss potential upgrades or modifications.
- Generate Xactimate estimates for repairs and reconstruction of properties affected by water and fire damage.
- Prepare Xactimate estimates based on client requests for various types of work.
- Collaborate with Insurance Adjusters to secure approval for estimates.
- Assess labor, materials, and time requirements for projects.
- Create precise sketches and initial scopes of work for construction tasks.
- Provide a clear and consistent initial Xactimate estimate.
- Identify project limitations and necessary enhancements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Subcontractors to evaluate bid items when necessary.
- Document and finalize the project scope of work.
- Engage with external resources as needed to ensure accurate estimates (e.g., Structural Engineers, ITEL, Electrical Inspectors).
- Compile detailed and organized estimates.
- Communicate estimates effectively to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Xactimate construction estimating or insurance adjusting.
- Prior experience in construction management is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Capability to meet production targets while ensuring profitability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods (including driving, sitting, climbing).
- Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
- Exposure to high noise levels at job sites.
- Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
