Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute production tasks as planned while ensuring quality assurance
  • Enhance customer and client interactions, monitoring satisfaction through feedback
  • Set clear expectations for restoration team members and supervise their performance
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of job files to support the services rendered
  • Manage labor and resource utilization on assigned projects
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and office personnel regarding project status and challenges

Additional Duties:
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations for workplace safety
  • Safeguard assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials
  • Provide coaching and training to restoration team members

Position Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory

Skills and Physical Demands
  • Capability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Able to climb ladders, work at elevated heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Proficient in repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
