Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and executing various promotional activities related to all marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute all promotions and special events, ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated to guests, department heads, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Manage promotional materials, including ordering, inventorying stock, and verifying receipt, to ensure a seamless execution of marketing programs.
  • Assist in the placement and removal of stanchion ropes, metal stanchion signage, counter signage, chairs, tables, podiums, and other physical set-up requirements.
  • Coordinate the delivery and installation of marketing materials, ensuring a professional and visually appealing presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Database team to create promotional tags, prizes, and other programming needs.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, contracts, and plans for various marketing efforts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility.
  • Safeguard confidential information of all employee, department, and company records.

  • Proven success in areas such as customer loyalty, planning, and execution.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
Working Conditions

The work environment is inside, with moderate noise levels and changing temperatures. The physical demands of the job include constant standing, walking, balancing, twisting, reaching, and bending, as well as frequent eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, fingering, handling, wrist motion, and bending/stooping.
