We are looking for a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to make a significant impact in the rebuilding journey of our clients' homes and businesses. Our mission is to restore properties affected by fire and water damage to their original state.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate strong analytical abilities, and possess exceptional attention to detail. A background in construction and estimating is essential, with experience in Xactimate being a valuable asset. This role involves acting as a key point of contact for clients, identifying project needs, and ensuring all specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate initial repair and rebuild estimates utilizing Xactimate.
- Maintain clear communication to ensure client needs are addressed.
- Coordinate daily job files among the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients.
- Update and finalize job file coordination.
- Prepare and obtain client approval for change orders as necessary.
- Follow up on the collection of draws and change orders.
- Manage the lien process as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project administration.
- Proficient in writing estimates; knowledge of Xactimate is a plus.
- Experience in a service-oriented environment is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary systems.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Shifts may vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
