Behavioral Health Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Behavioral Health team in Peabody, Massachusetts.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers the opportunity to work with adults and adolescents over 16, providing comprehensive psychiatric services including inpatient, outpatient, and partial programs.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, gather data, and participate in diagnostic processes to inform treatment decisions.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
