Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Stocker PT 6pm to join our team at Lowes Foods. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock and Rotate Products: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking, rotating, and facing merchandise according to company standards.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Ensure that the sales floor and backroom areas are clean, safe, and free of hazards.
  • Assist with Unloading and Verifying Merchandise: Help to receive and verify merchandise deliveries, ensuring that all products are accurately received and stored.
  • Perform Front-End Duties: Assist with tasks such as operating a cash register, processing transactions, and answering guest inquiries.
  • Order and Restock Products: Place orders for merchandise and restock shelves as needed to maintain an adequate supply of products.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with various tasks and projects as needed to support the smooth operation of the store.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
  • Availability to Work a Variety of Shifts: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
