Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Stocker to join our team at Lowes Foods. As a key member of our grocery department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's inventory is accurately stocked, rotated, and conditioned to meet the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating stock to ensure that products are fresh and easily accessible to guests.
  • Stockroom Organization: Organize and maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment, ensuring that products are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Merchandising: Assist with merchandising efforts, including ordering and stocking ad items to maximize sales and profits.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds constantly and 60 pounds occasionally, as well as stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and guest service skills, with the ability to read and understand information and direction.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of grocery operations and demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
