Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts and develop a small team to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a strong understanding of sales processes, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business opportunities and expand our existing client base.
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop plans to address challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
