Job Title: General Manager

Regional Finance Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our branch operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of managers and team members to achieve loan growth and operational metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch profitability, control, and growth.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the branch.
  • Manage risk mitigation by controlling assets, extending credit, and following up with past-due customers.
  • Direct managers and team members in setting and accomplishing collection goals.
  • Train branch team members on compliance with UDAAP and FDCPA.
  • Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Assign duties to employees and examine their work for accuracy, neatness, and timeliness.
  • Partner with Recruiting and District Supervisors to address branch staffing needs.
  • Cultivate new relationships with local retail businesses and maintain strong relationships with current partners.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Solve real-world business problems with creative, critical thinking.
  • Demonstrate and understand modern sales theories and practices.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings, drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement.
