Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct project teams to meet project goals and objectives
- Establish project procedures consistent with contractual documents and quality plans
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure project deliverables meet their needs
- Ensure all work products are consistent with industry standards and applicable codes
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring to entry and mid-level engineers
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or similar discipline
- 10+ years' experience in the Oil, Gas, & Chemical construction industry, with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Competent in the use of computer software applications used for project controls and administration
- Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, and engineering drawings
