    • Provide guidance and support to branch managers to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.
    • Communicate company vision, goals, and objectives to all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that all branch operations are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Customer Focus
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Work with branch managers to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
    • Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Employee Development
    • Interface with branch managers to ensure that employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs.
    • Support the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is in place to drive business growth.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure that employees are meeting expectations.
  • Region Management
    • Responsible for all equipment and machinery owned by the region, ensuring that they are properly maintained and utilized to maximize company results.
    • Share equipment and labor throughout the region to assist with growth during peak workloads and promote a spirit of teamwork.
    • Interface with division managers to resolve problems and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College degree highly desirable.
    • High School diploma.
  • Experience
    • 10 years of operations management experience in the industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions

The Regional Vice President will be required to travel frequently to visit branch locations and meet with customers and employees. The position requires a high level of physical stamina and energy to walk job sites, climb stairs, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a medical and drug test in compliance with company and customer location requirements.
