Job Title: Branch Manager

Regional Finance Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including leading team members, managing the branch P&L, driving new loan growth, and maintaining current business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and inspire team members to perform to their full potential, driving branch profitability.
  • Subject matter expert on personal loan product offerings, presenting loan solutions to customers to achieve their financial goals.
  • Create and maintain branch operations solvency, controlling assets, and following up with past-due customers.
  • Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Assign duties to employees, examine their work, and train employees to maintain efficiency.
  • Work with Recruiting and District Supervisors to address branch staffing needs.
  • Cultivate new relationships with local retail businesses and maintain strong relationships with current partners.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage
  • Must pass drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Consumer Finance experience
  • College degree a plus
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement
Working Conditions

This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. The Branch Manager typically works more than 40+ hours each week, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime required.
