Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information and direction as needed.
  • Merchandise Handling: Handle customer merchandise with care, including checking in and processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable about our products and services, including hunting and fishing licenses, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Store Operations: Support the overall operation of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Constantly stand and/or walk during shift, communicate with others, and repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
