Cherokee Town & Country Club is on the lookout for a dedicated Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service while preparing and serving beverages to our esteemed members and their guests during various events. We seek an enthusiastic individual who can surpass expectations with a charming personality.

COMPENSATION

Our Servers can expect a competitive pay rate of $17-$18/hour, negotiable based on prior experience. We provide complimentary meals during shifts, free parking, a uniform, employee golf on most Mondays, recognition programs, appreciation events, and a transportation discount.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BANQUET SERVER

As a Banquet Server, you thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of our events. Your friendly and professional approach leaves a lasting impression on our members and guests. Upon their arrival, you greet them warmly with a smile. Being knowledgeable about our menu, you can recommend selections that will delight our customers. You anticipate the needs of our members, deliver outstanding service, and ensure that all requests are handled promptly.

After serving, you follow up with guests to confirm their satisfaction. In addition to providing excellent service, you maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. You also manage the opening and closing responsibilities for your shift. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service are vital for your success. You look forward to each workday and enjoy being part of a country club that offers exquisite cuisine in a stunning setting.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience in a serving role
  • Availability on weekends is a plus
  • Willingness to work on holidays

PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE

Our dining facilities operate Tuesday through Sunday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a variety of shifts. Most holidays are required.
