We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the University of Virginia. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in office management and make a meaningful contribution to our organization. You will work closely with our executive team to prioritize tasks, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in administrative functions.
  • Significant experience in office management, including supporting executive-level leadership.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
