Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Luxury Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at StereoTypes, LLC.

This is a part-time, hybrid or in-office position with a flexible schedule that offers a significant amount of autonomy. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily communication with technicians, liaising between Sales, Technicians, Engineering & Clients, and providing information regarding materials needed to complete projects.

This role has the potential to transition into a full-time project management position over the course of the next 6 months. As a Luxury Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of high-end residential, yacht & hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily communication with technicians regarding services performed and the status of projects.
  • Liaison between Sales, Technicians, Engineering & Clients.
  • Provide information regarding materials needed to complete projects to the sales and purchasing departments.
  • Provide information to the accounts receivable dept. pertinent to invoicing clients in a timely manner.
  • Managing client expectations throughout as well as post-project.
  • Managing / Coordinating the technicians' appointment calendars.
  • Verifying materials for upcoming projects are in stock and ready for delivery.
Requirements
  • 2 years of verifiable experience as a project manager within a construction-related (Contractor, architect, interior design), marketing, or software development firm.
  • Comfortable with managing several projects at once.
  • Patient enough to deal with staff who can be a little snippy sometimes.
  • Courteous yet brief (to-the-point communicator) via text, chat, email & phone.
  • Good at devising solutions to simple & complex problems.
  • Proficiency with Excel & Word software.
  • Adapts quickly to new business-management software.

Location

This role can be filled as a direct employee of the company or a 1099 contractor, and the successful candidate will be based in Charlottesville, VA— or possibly in NYC, or Naples, FL with the right mix of qualifications.
