About the Role

Pinnacle Construction & Development Corporation is a multi-faceted real estate development company seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Responsibilities
  • Feasibility and Entitlement: Conduct thorough site due diligence, analyzing land use, zoning, utilities, and GIS maps. Prepare fiscal impact analyses and presentations for entitlement process submissions.
  • Financing and Acquisition: Assist with preparation of project funding applications, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) applications. Manage due diligence packages for lenders and coordinate closing documents.
  • Construction: Coordinate with construction teams on lender and contract requirements, ensuring compliance with Davis-Bacon regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in real estate work, preferably multifamily development.
  • Familiarity with Virginia Housing and HUD multifamily financing programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in task execution.
  • Outstanding organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
