We are in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Premium Energy Solutions Consultant to become a vital part of our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will possess a refined sense of luxury, an in-depth knowledge of renewable energy products, and a successful history in high-end sales. This position requires engaging with affluent clients, delivering outstanding service, and driving the sales of our premium energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-net-worth clients visiting our showroom, offering tailored consultations and demonstrations of our premium solar products to generate enthusiasm and desire for our offerings.
  • Inform clients about the advantages of solar energy, highlighting both environmental and financial benefits.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' energy usage and lifestyle needs.
  • Work closely with our design and engineering teams to develop customized solar solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates, clearly communicating the value and return on investment of our solar systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations.
  • Meet sales objectives in line with company targets, generate additional revenue through referrals, and actively network to expand the client base.
  • Complete daily reports and sales activities by the end of each workday.
  • Utilize designated software applications to manage various aspects of the role efficiently.
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit and professional demeanor with every prospect, client, and team member.
  • Represent Sol-Up and our brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • Adhere to all laws, regulations, and applicable obligations while conducting business on behalf of the company.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in solar energy, clean technology, or home improvement sectors.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and discipline.
  • Passion for client experience and the ability to establish genuine connections.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in utilizing software and technology tools for daily operations.
  • Ability to multitask and respond promptly to various demands.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance as per work schedule.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds unassisted as needed.
  • Physical access to all areas of the office with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors.

Job Schedule: Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Compensation: Starting at $12.00 per hour plus commissions.
