Position Overview: Solar Sales Consultant

Apricot Solar is experiencing rapid expansion across the United States, and we are seeking driven, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are results-oriented. Our team consists of passionate individuals who share a commitment to our mission and the significance of our work. The ideal candidate for the Solar Sales Consultant position should possess a strong motivation to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships and provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to prospective clients.
  • Evaluate homeowners' energy usage and expenditures.
  • Advise and assess clients on energy-efficient solar options.
  • Convert promising leads into successful sales outcomes.
  • Grow and maintain a robust customer base.
  • Engage in frequent travel within your assigned territory.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success (Experience in solar sales or prior entrepreneurial ventures is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and leads effectively.
  • Self-motivated and determined to achieve excellence.
  • Capability to obtain an HIS license from the CSLB.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM software (preferably Pipedrive), and project management tools is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.
