Position Summary

ECF Data, LLC is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to engage with potential clients, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, complete product training, finalize sales, and collaborate with partners.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in technology sales, preferably with a background in working for a Microsoft Partner or directly with Microsoft.

Success in this role requires a high level of energy, exceptional networking abilities, and a consultative sales approach to foster new relationships with organizations looking to acquire IT services and solutions while outsourcing their IT management.

This position operates on a commission basis alongside a base salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience in selling technology solutions, particularly Microsoft products.
  • Represent our organization professionally and respectfully to colleagues, clients, vendors, and prospects.
  • Experience in sales account management is essential.
  • Exhibit a competitive spirit and a strong commitment to follow-through.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Comfortable with a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Adept at asking insightful questions to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Capable of scheduling and delivering new business presentations multiple times each week.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills, along with effective sales techniques.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships while securing new business.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment alongside a team of motivated individuals.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable attitude with a willingness to learn about the e-commerce sector.

Qualifications
  • Some sales experience in a technology or retail setting.
  • Preferred experience in selling Microsoft products.
  • Familiarity with industry concepts, including IP, AV technologies, and computer software and hardware.
  • Experience in sales negotiations and closing deals, with a focus on building long-term business relationships.
  • Ability to learn quickly, handle high volumes of work, and think creatively.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results while upholding high ethical standards.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of industry concepts.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies such as MS Dynamics or Azure.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant CRM applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in customer service practices.
