Position Summary

You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that sales and profit targets are met through effective management and adherence to company policies and standards. Your leadership will be essential in delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining a supportive atmosphere for staff.


Reporting Structure
  • Directly reports to the Regional Manager
  • Engages with all levels of restaurant personnel and home office departments
  • Maintains relationships with guests, suppliers, and community organizations

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises all management staff and indirectly oversees non-exempt employees during restaurant hours
  • Accountable for achieving profit targets while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Plans staffing needs and promotes employee development
  • May assist in various restaurant functions as needed
  • Ensures food quality and presentation meet established standards
  • Maintains compliance with service and productivity benchmarks
  • Oversees facility management and safety compliance
  • Manages inventory levels and ordering processes
  • Identifies and rectifies operational breakdowns
  • Responsible for accurate financial reporting and data management
  • Participates in regional meetings and presentations as required

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Visual acuity for distance and close range
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exposure to various kitchen conditions
  • Mobility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills are essential
  • Ability to perform manual tasks such as slicing and chopping
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy items

Education and Experience

A high school diploma is required; some college education or a degree is preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role is desirable.
