Overview:
The role involves the development, execution, enhancement, and oversight of designated programs.

The Program Coordinator I is accountable for the overall effectiveness of the assigned program(s), extending their responsibilities beyond the mere completion of specific tasks.

Programs are continuous and may encompass related projects, necessitating strategic planning and ongoing improvement efforts post-program initiation. Engages in the design, implementation, and/or expansion of strategic initiatives and departmental projects. Aids in the formulation and execution of program objectives, outcome metrics, and program reporting.

Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily operations of low to mid complexity assigned program(s).

Generates and presents program information and reports to both internal and external

stakeholders.

Facilitates the development and execution of strategies to engage stakeholders.

Accountable for program assessment and continuous enhancement activities.

Ensures successful execution of program activities.

Identifies and addresses program challenges and concerns to ensure timely risk mitigation and recommends solutions to leadership for final decision-making as necessary.

Responsible for executing program communication strategies and updates.

Reviews program data for accuracy, completeness, and necessary submissions.

Schedules and leads program meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience


A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least one (1) year of relevant program management experience is required.

In lieu of a degree, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in program management, will be considered.

Special Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

Critical thinking abilities, strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to interpret and convey program requirements to involved stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with project/program management methodologies is required.

A valid California driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance compliant with company policy are necessary for operating a vehicle and traveling for business purposes.

Performance-Based Competencies

Understanding of business practices and protocols with the ability to access data and information using automated systems. Capability to engage in team-based projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain effective filing systems while meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail; critical thinking/listening and communication skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

More than 50% of work time is spent utilizing a computer. Ability to lift, carry, or move objects of varying sizes, weighing up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining courtesy and composure when interacting with internal and external customers.

Ability to function effectively amidst frequent interruptions and direction from multiple team members.

HIRING RANGE:
$ 72, $ 93,687.81
