Position Overview

Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clerical tasks within the office environment
  • Assist the Office Manager and Program Director in daily operations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews
  • Handle processing of Administrative Task Proposals (ATP's)
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Track and report monthly participant statistics
  • Procure office supplies as needed
  • Revise and manage program-related data
  • Organize and maintain program documentation

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of applicable experience
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance in California

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
