About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer Relationship Manager to drive strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and developer communities who are building data engineering/analytics platforms, applications, solutions, or services.

Data analytics and machine learning applications are crucial for enterprises across various industries to realize Return on Investment (ROI). Growing workloads are being constrained by slow infrastructure. NVIDIA RAPIDS is an open-source suite of GPU-accelerated data science and AI libraries that accelerates performance by orders of magnitude at scale across data pipelines, and provides a foundation for data science libraries and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explore and build the ecosystem in data analytics with leading software companies and developer communities; Build strategic relationships with partners and map the collaboration opportunities with each partner from technology, product, marketing to go-to-market.

  • Drive technical engagement and product collaboration with partners to support partners' technology, product, and solution development with NVIDIA products such as RAPIDS, Spark-RAPIDS, and Triton.

  • Collaborate with NVIDIA's product/engineering teams to influence the NVIDIA product and roadmap development based on the voice of NVIDIA partners and developer communities.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams from NVIDIA and partners to advocate partners' solutions and showcase solutions that NVIDIA enables.

  • Work with industrial alliance managers, account managers, marketing, and business development across industries, and NVIDIA Inception program to highlight partners and drive industry-specific engagements.

  • Evangelize NVIDIA's data analytics technology and product on events and communities.

Requirements
  • BS/MS/PhD in data science, computer science, electrical engineering, math, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and collaborative attitude.

  • Proven technical understanding and experience of data infrastructure and data pipeline engineering, data science, machine learning, deep learning technologies, platforms, and landscape.

  • Solid understanding and experience of data analytics in one or multiple application domains.

  • Experience in open-source data analytics libraries (e.g., Pandas, Apache Spark, Scikit-Learn, XGboost, Polars) and platforms (Databricks, Amazon EMR, Google Dataproc).

  • 10+ years of relevant data science engineering and customer support experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of building strategic partnerships and ISVs ecosystem.

  • Proven history of establishing and building developer communities, organizing grass-root events successfully, generating excitement, and overseeing community and developer footprint growth (Discord, GitHub).

  • Background with NVIDIA GPUs, SDKs, platforms, or services.

Compensation and Benefits

NVIDIA offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $339,250 USD, based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
