Position Overview
The Premium Services Coordinator will offer vital administrative assistance to the Premium Manager and the Operations Team, facilitating the premium department's functions at the venue. Responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to, liaising with guests regarding suite orders on event days, entering orders, scheduling, maintaining files, and managing timekeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders for suite amenities, including food and beverage selections, special requests, and additional services.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Accurately document guest orders using the designated ordering system.
- Ensure timely and precise entry of all orders, including any special instructions or modifications.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt fulfillment of guest orders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of guest orders, including details and payment information.
- Execute administrative tasks such as processing payments, preparing invoices, and generating necessary reports.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain open, direct, and positive communication with management.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks with professionalism and flexibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally and courteously with employees, clients, vendors, and business contacts.
- Self-motivated in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required in an event-driven setting.
- Availability to work overtime hours as necessary.
