Position Overview

The Premium Services Coordinator will deliver essential administrative assistance to the Premium Manager and the Operations Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the premium department at the venue. Responsibilities will encompass communication with clients regarding suite orders, order processing, scheduling, document management, and timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Manage requests for suite amenities, including food and beverage selections, special requirements, and additional services. Offer tailored recommendations based on client preferences and dietary needs. Accurately document client orders utilizing the designated ordering system. Ensure timely and precise entry of all orders, incorporating any special instructions or adjustments. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt fulfillment of client orders. Maintain thorough records of client orders, including details and payment information. Execute administrative tasks such as processing payments, preparing invoices, and generating necessary reports.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related area is preferred. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain clear, direct, and positive communication with management. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively and professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally and courteously with employees, clients, vendors, and business partners. Self-motivated with a collaborative team spirit. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required in an event-driven context. Willingness to work overtime hours as necessary.
