The Dental Receptionist plays a crucial role in managing patient interactions, which includes:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for cash transactions and ensure proper documentation is sent to accounting.
  • Be prepared for potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of the scheduling requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is preferred.
  • Other language fluency may be considered based on community needs.
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Associate's degree or relevant certification in a healthcare-related field is desirable.
  • Knowledge of health insurance programs and eligibility criteria is advantageous.
  • Compliance with health center requirements for vaccinations is mandatory.
