Position: TIL Services Coordinator
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual tasked with the comprehensive management and oversight of Transition to Independent Living (TIL) Services. This role requires effective leadership and supervision of team members in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of TIL Services in the designated area.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Engage in direct case management activities.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid understanding of youth development, case management, and service navigation. Strong organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are crucial. Experience working with older adolescents, young adults, families, and communities is highly valued.
