Position Overview
The Premium Services Coordinator will deliver vital administrative assistance to the Premium Manager and the Operations Team, facilitating the premium department's functions at the venue. Responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to, liaising with guests regarding suite orders for events, processing orders, scheduling, maintaining files, and managing timekeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage requests for suite amenities, including food and beverage selections, special accommodations, and additional services. Offer insights and recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs. Accurately document guest orders utilizing the designated ordering system. Ensure timely and precise entry of all orders, including any specific instructions or alterations. Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure guest orders are fulfilled promptly. Maintain detailed records of guest orders, encompassing order specifics and payment details. Execute administrative tasks such as processing payments, generating invoices, and preparing reports as necessary.Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain clear, positive, and constructive communication with management. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks with professionalism and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally and courteously with employees, clients, vendors, and business partners. Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required in an event-driven setting. Willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
