Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Administrator II to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Building Engineering Unit (BEU), you will play a crucial role in planning and designing our next wave of capital investments, including airfield improvements, terminal improvements, infrastructure improvements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and evaluating 3D models in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC
  • Administration of Autodesk BIM360 Design environment and ACC project environment
  • Field verification of model objects in the form of attribute data and general file organization and administration
  • Maintaining a digital library of BIM models on ACC or another platform
  • Implementing new BIM tools and introducing innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks or introducing new plug-ins for existing programs
  • Ensuring BIM models remain up to date throughout the course of a project
  • Verifying that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete
  • Participating in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process
  • Reviewing and commenting BIM submittals
Requirements:
  • Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360 Design, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with PM/CM functions in construction projects
  • One year of experience working with BIM-related processes and workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
