Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our mission to enhance community development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting and analyzing blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Leading, mentoring, and supervising teams on-site.
  • Prioritizing safety, quality, project profitability, and adherence to timelines.
  • Addressing project-related issues and concerns with the project manager, superintendent, and clients.
  • Coordinating, planning, scheduling, and delegating tasks, labor, and equipment.
  • Assisting in the management of project costs and measurement tools.
  • Reviewing and understanding contractual obligations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • A preference for outdoor work environments.
  • The physical capacity to perform tasks such as sitting for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and engaging in other physical activities.
