Position Overview:
Sunstate Companies, LLC is seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations Manager to enhance our team. This role encompasses various responsibilities including:
  • Planning and coordinating operational routes
  • Participating in meetings and daily strategy sessions
  • Resource allocation and crew performance analysis
  • Collaborating with management, supervisors, and staff
  • Responding to communications and addressing potential issues
The Facilities Operations Manager is ultimately accountable for the quality and efficiency of assigned operational routes.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work as needed. Typical work hours range from 40 to 50 hours per week.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of plant materials
  • Proficient knowledge of irrigation systems (Standard Drip, Two-wire, Salco, Weather Track)
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
