Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate personnel and equipment to maximize profits and meet client requirements.
  • Implement safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead incident investigations and provide assistance for work scope development.
  • Manage relationships with customers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Assist in equipment and vehicle preventative maintenance.
  • Adhere to and train personnel on OSHA safety and company policy and procedures.
  • Help plan and execute branch safety meetings and conduct monthly safety audits.
  • Regulate hours to personnel to distribute hours equally and fairly.
  • Manage inventory, orders, PPE, equipment, and chemicals to ensure readiness.
  • Support fieldwork and supervise shop during peak periods.
  • Track loaned equipment and personnel.
  • Perform on-call duty as needed.
Requirements:
  • Some college education with combined work experience acceptable, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, written and oral skills.
  • Active listening skills, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Professional presentation, organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Computer Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, extended work hours, and travel.
  • Ability to work in industrial environments and adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50lb hoses.
