About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for designing, controlling, and improving manufacturing processes to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Develop and implement process control and performance monitoring systems
  • Lead improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs
  • Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
  • Perform hardware defect analysis and participate in corrective action investigations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an ATF Access and a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and technical writing
  • Strong engineering aptitude and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Active DOD Security Clearance
