As a Business Development Executive at Verizon, you will be responsible for delivering innovative business solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and qualify leads within your territory to drive additional sales opportunities
  • Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets
  • Rretain, manage, and grow the existing customer base
  • Educate and excite customers about innovative business solutions
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present and create multi-product solution opportunities
  • Understand and sell groundbreaking integrated software solutions
  • Track and report progress through sales force automation tools

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a self-motivated individual who thrives on crafting solutions to solve client problems. You should be great at explaining complex technology in simple terms and have a passion for cold-calling and meeting new people. People seek your advice and counsel, and you take the initiative to close deals and help others around you.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned geographic area
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of business-to-business or outside sales experience
  • Technology sales and educational experience
  • Strong presentation skills in a face-to-face and virtual environment
  • Experience building and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
