Job Summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the admissions and enrollment efforts at our Tampa and Sarasota campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Academic Operations and the RVP of Enrollment Services to achieve college and campus goals.
  • Provide leadership of the admissions team and financial aid teams to achieve outstanding student service, enrollment growth, and student persistence.
  • Oversee the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of standards in administrative departments, including admissions, financial aid, and student-facing services.
  • Develop and monitor the effectiveness of growth initiatives and redirect as necessary.
  • Monitor and review quality assurance, compliance, student service, and compliance metrics.
  • Facilitate training and professional development experiences for the admissions and financial aid teams.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the campus New Student Review process.
  • Train, hire, and staff the front desk Admissions area.
  • Provide testing center access and ensure compliance with the college's admission timeline.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute New Student Orientation for all new students.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Two years' leadership experience in higher education operations, such as Admissions, Student Services, or Business.
  • Proven record of leadership and achievement in higher education.
