  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the community, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or RN.
  • Florida Nursing Home Administrator License.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations as a licensed Administrator.
  • Experience managing a budget and understanding financial statements.
  • Knowledge of Florida and Federal Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living regulations.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medical Assistance, HMOs, MCOs, and commercial insurance.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to serving residents and their families.
