We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Program Director at Tampa Bay Academy of Hope. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for youth development and education.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Oversight
- Provide daily administrative leadership and oversight of the program.
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines, reporting requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Manage program budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Personnel Management
- Supervise a team of staff members and volunteers.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development plans as needed.
- Program Development
- Oversee the implementation of the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) curriculum.
- Ensure staff and mentors receive proper training in program content and delivery.
- Youth and Mentor Recruitment
- Develop and execute strategies for recruiting youth participants and volunteer mentors.
- Coordinate outreach efforts to schools, community organizations, and local agencies.
- Service Provider Partnerships
- Manage partnerships with service providers and contractors, ensuring the fulfillment of program requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance program offerings and resources.
- Program Evaluation
- Conduct regular reviews of program data to assess outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to refine program strategies and improve youth outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in program management, youth development, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Knowledge of Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) programs and curriculum preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in program evaluation and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Full-time position with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
- Work location: Main office at Tampa, FL.
- Regular travel to Polk County, Florida office mileage compensation provided.
The Program Director will contribute 100% of their time to program activities, focusing on the successful implementation and growth of the PATHS Program.
