This position is dedicated to supporting students as they transition into university life in an international environment while ensuring adherence to all admission criteria.

Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review all Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) requests and associated documentation to verify that only eligible students who fulfill visa requirements receive a CAS.
- Regularly track the status of student visa applications and maintain accurate records of all granted student visas.
- Provide the institution with up-to-date lists of students who have been issued CAS under the student route visa.

- Collaborate effectively with university administrative and academic leadership, the Admissions department, students, faculty, and external stakeholders to achieve the university's academic and student experience goals.

- Lead initiatives for new student processes, including the creation of student files that enhance the new student experience, wellbeing, and values at Schiller.

- Ensure a smooth transition for students from Admissions to Student Services.

- Confirm that new students submit all necessary documentation to comply with regulatory standards.

- Organize onboarding events (such as orientation and welcome days) to facilitate a smooth integration into university life.

- Work in conjunction with Campus Directors and local teams to provide essential amenities for new students.

- Refer new students to appropriate departments based on their individual needs.

- Offer new students opportunities for integration into university life that promote diversity and inclusivity.

- Engage new students who enroll well in advance of their start date with additional pre-start activities to maintain their connection to university life.

- Participate in Institutional Assessment and Improvement initiatives.

- Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Admissions.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education is required.
- A data-driven approach is essential.
- Must possess a friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills and cultural adaptability are crucial.
- Experience in mentorship or coaching is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
