Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to develop key messages and talking points.
  • Manage the development and distribution of internal and external communications, including press releases, media pitches, and social media content.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior executives on communications-related matters.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, analysts, and investors.
  • Develop and implement crisis communications plans to mitigate reputational risks.
  • Oversee the development and execution of employee communications programs to promote company culture and values.
  • Manage and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of communications efforts.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on executive communications.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience with crisis communications and reputation management.
