Marketing and Communications Director

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Communications Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing to drive revenue, grow the fan base, and elevate the Power FC brand. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive fan growth and revenue
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative Services and Ticketing, to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to generate coverage of the team
  • Write press releases, game notes, and other marketing materials as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
