Sales and Events Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Events Manager to join our team at 504 Golf, a leading golf entertainment venue in the heart of New Orleans. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, event planning, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Sales Management:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively selling event packages and corporate memberships.
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, creating personalized event experiences.
- Liaise with internal teams (catering, operations, entertainment) to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Coordinate with external vendors for event supplies, entertainment, and other services as required.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- In collaboration with the General Manager, develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and drive attendance.
- Utilize social media platforms to create buzz and engage with potential clients and event attendees.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote our venue and services.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, event planning, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & events simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Hospitality/Restaurant operations technology.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the business.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods.
- Occasional travel for training, conferences, and meetings.
