Brennan's, Inc. is in search of a motivated, detail-focused, and dynamic individual to enhance our professional and welcoming sales team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a service-driven expert to engage directly with clients, crafting outstanding private event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively seek and secure various types of private event bookings from diverse lead sources.
  2. Plan, organize, and oversee all facets of event arrangements.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to supervise events and guarantee client satisfaction.
  4. Work alongside culinary teams to design private event menus and accommodate special requests.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of sales management experience within the restaurant or hospitality sector.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage events with professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient analytical, organizational, management, and computer skills.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor that reflects the esteemed standards of Brennan's, Inc.
  • Familiarity with the Tripleseat booking platform is advantageous.
  • A college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
