About the Role:

As a Permanent Project Manager at Jobot, you will lead cross-functional teams and oversee all aspects of construction project management for multi-unit apartment renovations. You will develop comprehensive project plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement project management systems to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Implement and manage project management systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

- Regularly report on project status to stakeholders, including potential or actual delays.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

- A minimum of five years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry.

- Demonstrable experience with apartment renovations and multi-unit construction projects.

- Proficiency in project management systems and tools.

- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
