About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all maintenance needs, physical appearance, and service requests across our properties. This includes:

  • Maintaining positive resident relations through superior customer service
  • Inspecting grounds, buildings, and community features to identify hazards and ensure exceptional property appearance
  • Fulfilling resident service requests while maintaining superior customer service

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-unit complexes or hotels. HVAC certification and mechanical background are also desirable. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess good organizational and people skills, knowledge of general carpentry and repair, and the ability to lift and work with heavy equipment. A valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance are also required.
