Fessler & Bowman Inc is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Director of Strategic Growth and Development. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the region, overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives, and managing the financial performance of the region.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • 10+ years of Leadership experience, preferably within the construction industry required.
  • Experience in project management, estimating, and field supervision preferred.
  • Previous experience in self-perform trades is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Procore required.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to multi-task required.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company contributions, paid holidays and paid time off.

This role may require up to 30% travel for visiting job sites and other office locations. The work environment includes office and field settings, requiring comfort with sitting for extended periods.
