Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our quality remodels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate construction operations and manage field crews to ensure high-quality work
- Create accurate job estimates and detailed proposals for clients
- Develop and implement project plans to meet client needs and expectations
- Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency
- 3+ years of experience in the remodeling field
- 1+ years of management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and delegate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
