Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager: Design, Build, Remodel to oversee our construction operations and lead our team to achieve client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the remodeling field and 1+ years of management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate construction operations and manage the field crew to ensure high-quality work
  • Create accurate job estimates and write detailed proposals to explain labor and material costs
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing safety concerns and quality issues promptly
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the remodeling field
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Detail-oriented and able to solve problems efficiently
