About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to join our team at J.E. Dunn Construction Group. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for leading MEP projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage MEP projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
