Key Responsibilities- Provide remote technical support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and video conferencing to diagnose equipment problems and find solutions.
- Develop and maintain communication systems between Krones, Inc. and Krones AG to share company updates and product developments.
- Communicate directly with customers, technicians, and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve machine-related issues.
- Manage company resources effectively, including equipment, tools, supplies, and energy.
- Create and maintain SAP reclamation and warranty parts orders deliveries.
- Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally to support customers and internal stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the packaging industry or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in customer service, electromechanical assembly, engineering, or service, with a focus on labeling machinery.
- Excellent technical knowledge of the Krones product line, including labeling equipment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume, intense work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods, with occasional travel required.
- Associate's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in customer service, electromechanical assembly, engineering, or service, with a focus on labeling machinery.
- Advanced technical knowledge of the Krones product line, including labeling equipment.
